Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2012, the Defendant is a person driving B Cit 100cc Oral Ba, and the Defendant was driving the above Oral Ba in the section of approximately 300 meters from the front of the Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun without a driver’s license, with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.173% under the influence of alcohol concentration of at least 0.45%.
