A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall obstruct the performance of fire extinguishment, lifesaving or first-aid services by means of violence or intimidation to fire fighters dispatched.

Nevertheless, at around 02:30 on October 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Defendant who was on the opening side after receiving the report of 119 from the taxi engineer called “mathic second blood transfusion in South and North,” and sent to the above emergency room; and (b) requested the above E to present an identification card to receive an emergency room from the fire officer, who was an emergency worker of the Nowon-gu fire station D 119 Safety Center, to the above E; (c) there is a concern that the Defendant might fall, and (d) there is a concern that he might fall, and (e) there is a concern that the Defendant was seated in the above E, two times in the left side part of the above E, one time in the right side of the right side of the Defendant, and (e) walk the Defendant’s right side of the Defendant, who continued to use the emergency room outside of the above emergency room, and (e) walked to the left side of the E, and (e) walked to the left side of the E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with emergency medical services by assaulting the fire fighter dispatched.
