Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates an entertainment center among “F”, “G”, and “H” on the third floor above the ground and the third floor above the ground in Gangnam-gu Seoul E Underground 1.

On August 4, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 200,00 from I at the main point of H’s trade name, and arranged to sexual intercourse between J and 507 of “L” located in K located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, the main point of which is the above main point employees, and around that time, received KRW 20,000 from M, Q, R and the above “L”, respectively, at the main point of trade name of “G” and received KRW 200,000 from M, Q, and R and the above “L”, each of which is an employee of the above main point, and arranged to sexual intercourse with each other in Articles 201, 501, and 502.

2. Defendant B is an employee of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Republic of Korea’s “L” telecom.

On August 4, 2015, the Defendant provided an entertainment room by receiving KRW 50,00 per room from the aforementioned P, etc., even though he/she knew that I, etc. had engaged in sexual traffic with the employees of entertainment centers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act such as arranging sexual traffic by providing a place for sexual traffic for business purposes.

3. Defendant C is a person who operates a “L” telecom in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K.

On August 4, 2015, B, an employee of the defendant, performed the act of arranging sexual traffic by providing a place of sexual traffic as described in the preceding paragraph at the above-mentioned establishment.
