1. The defendant,

A. As to the real estate listed in the attached real estate list from the Plaintiff, the reason for sale and purchase on December 9, 201.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 9, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant sales contract”) under which the Defendant sells the attached building (hereinafter referred to as “the instant building”) as indicated in the real estate list (the total third floor; hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) to the Defendant on the purchase price of KRW 325 million (the KRW 10 million for an intermediate payment of KRW 10 million upon entering into a contract, the intermediate payment of KRW 100 million shall be paid as of January 9, 2012 and January 31, 2012), and entered into an agreement with the Defendant to sell the remainder of KRW 25 million (the instant sales contract shall be paid as of January 31, 2012). The date of delivery shall be the person designated by the Defendant, and the burden of taxes and public charges, such as local taxes, etc., such as local taxes, shall be based on the date of delivery, and if there is any unpaid tax and other charges, it shall be removed by the date of payment.

B. On December 21, 201, the Plaintiff completed the provisional registration and delivery of the right to claim for ownership transfer registration of the instant building to the Defendant.

C. The sum of management expenses from February 2010 to January 2012 with respect to the instant building, such as the statement of the unpaid management expenses for the third floor in attached Table, was unpaid. D.

The Plaintiff was not paid KRW 3 million from the Defendant until now.

E. On the instant building and its site, property tax (building) 3,370,670 won, property tax (building) 2,966,290 won in 2013, property tax (building) 3,124,130 won in 2014, property tax (building) 861,287 won in 2012, property tax (land) 861,287 won in 2013, and property tax (land) 929,662 won in 2013 was imposed on the Plaintiff. Jeju Mayor seized land and building C in order to collect delinquent property tax on March 20, 2013.

F. As to the instant building, KRW 50,470 of the facility environment improvement charges from January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013, and KRW 55,930 of the facility environment improvement charges from July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 were imposed on the Plaintiff.

G. As to the instant building, the sum of management expenses incurred from February 2, 2012 to June 2012, 2012 is specified in the attached Table.
