Reasons
1. On August 31, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant as a deposit for lease deposit of KRW 100,000 (including value-added tax) and KRW 5,610,000 (including value-added tax) for the building indicated in the order. Since the Defendant has failed to pay the monthly rent and management expenses several times, the Plaintiff made a confession against the Defendant (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act). As such, the Plaintiff: (a) the delivery of the said building on the ground of termination of the lease agreement; (b) the monthly rent in arrears of KRW 83,380,00 and the monthly rent in arrears from September 1, 206 to August 31, 2016; and (c) the rent calculated at the rate of KRW 5,10,000 per month from October 2, 2013 to August 2016 (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
