A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 21:45, on the road 1044-24, the Defendant and B were sent to the site after having received a 112 report that the Defendant 104-24-on the road in Ansan-si, 104-24, and then asked the resident registration number in order to verify personal information by the slope D belonging to the police station district unit; (b) around 2010, the Defendant used the E resident registration number (F) which was sent to the vehicle under the name of the E driver’s license that was kept in the main place to conceal the fact of fine.

2. Around 21:55 on the same day as indicated in the above Paragraph (1), the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender in the crime of assault at the police station C District located in G during Ansan-si, and the Defendant was demanded from the above D slope to sign a letter of confirmation on the arrest of flagrant offender from the above D slope for the purpose of exercising the right, and the completion of the document is indicated as “E” as if he was the E, with the intention of exercising the right, and arbitrarily sign the letter of confirmation, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations of the E’s name, was forged, and exercised at around that time.

1. Probation and community service order shall be decided as ordered by the court on the grounds of Article 62-2 or more of the Criminal Act;
