A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 6, 2013, at around 14:29, the Defendant driven a Dpoter II truck under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.170% without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 300 meters from the house of C located in Gangwon-gun B to the road of the 119 Safety Center in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AF) The Defendant is a person engaged in driving DPoter II cargo vehicles.

On April 6, 2013, at around 14:29, the Defendant driven a cargo vehicle, such as the foregoing Paragraph 1, and proceeded at a speed below the nearest one-lane road from the nives of the nives basin to the nives of the nives.e., the Defendant.
