A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving).

On December 16, 2018, the Defendant, at around 20:10, driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive it normally, such as fluening, snowing, and dividing the horses under the influence of alcohol, and driving the said car along the same three-lanes of the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lanes of light apartment shooting distance from the seat of the hotel.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive the said car while driving it normally due to the influence of alcohol as above, and thereby, was driven by the said car by the Defendant, which was driven by the victim E(the age of 37) driving while stopping in the atmosphere of the signal signal.
