1. On May 17, 2014, with the intention of organizing a committee for citizen participation in the investigation into the truth in the Sewol ferry on May 14, 2014, the “Saem General, Jeonyang, the Korean Joint and Several Staffs' meeting for responding to the Sewol ferry (E)” comprised of participating in the committee for citizen participation in the investigation into the truth in the Sewol ferry around May 14, 2014, with the participation of 10,000 members of the aforementioned participating organization, citizens, etc., from May 17, 2014 to May 23:5:3:3rd 1, 2014, the direction of the “Saemlelight assembly to recover from return without the missing in the Sewol ferry and the victim’s culture” was held, and the meeting was held by 3rd 1,000 square in Seoul, with the participation of members of the aforementioned participating organization and citizens, etc., up to 19:00 to 23:59.

On August 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from August 15, 2014 to August 14:40 to 17:35, the “National Countermeasure Committee for the Sewol Ferry Team” at the Seoul Square located in the 1-ro of Tae-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, for the purpose of enacting a special law for the fact-finding of the Sewol Ferry Accidents; and (b) organizing an independent organization.
