Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2014, the Presidential Decree was established through the participation of the National Committee for Participation in the Truth for the purpose of organizing, etc. of the National Committee for Participation in the Truth of the Sewol ferry (D Chairperson E) around May 14, 2014, the Presidential Decree held a democratic Nowon-gu Assembly for the purpose of organizing, etc. of the National Committee for Participation in the Truth of the Sewol ferry (Seoul) and held an “an outdoor assembly of a national canlelight for the purpose of restoring the culture of persons missing in the Sewol ferry and victims’ abduction” from around 19:0 on May 17, 2014 to around 23:59, the Seoul Cheong-do Council for the Cheong-gu Assembly for the Cheong-gu Council for the Human Rights of Cheongcheon-gu (D Chairperson E) with approximately 10,000 members of the aforementioned participating organization and citizens, etc., and held an outdoor assembly of up to 3 meters by up to 13 meters from March 1, 2014.

On May 17, 2014, the Presidential Assembly for the Response of the Sewol ferry began with F on May 17, 2014, and the conference was completed in the middle of the increase of the number of participants 11,000 in the number of participants at around 20:15 on the same day. At around 20:20,000 on the same day, more than 10,000 persons began to go along from the Cheong River square.

On May 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) attended the said assembly at around 18:00 on the 17th day of May, 2014; (b) went off to the 3rd side of the front line; (c) went away from the first line reported at around 21:13 on the same day; (d) moved to the Ro-ro Ro-dong Ro-dong Ro-dong Ro-dong Ro-dong Ro-ri; (c) occupied approximately 1,00 lanes of the front line of the modern building located in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jongno-gu, with approximately 21:27 to 21:50 participants of the demonstration; and (d) proposed relief, such as “G is outing.”

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with approximately 1,00 participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic of the land.
