1. Defendant B shall be the Plaintiff’s respective real estate indicated in the share of 19,378.5/77,433 square meters among the forest land D 7,433 square meters in Gwangju-si and the attached list.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 23, 2014 with respect to D Forest land in Gwangju-si (hereinafter “instant one parcel of land”), the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of sale by voluntary auction on July 23, 2014 with Defendant B, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 27, 2014 with respect to the entire share of L 1/2 and part of Defendant B 19,338/7,433 shares on August 27, 2014 on each transaction basis.

B. The registration of transfer of ownership was completed on July 23, 2014 with respect to each of the shares of Defendant B and each of the shares of Defendant B, on the ground of the sale of each land listed in the separate sheet (the ownership of the land, all or part of which was voluntarily auctioned with respect to the share of 1/2 and the share of 1/30,000,000,000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000).

C. On July 20, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant B signed the Investment Contract (Agreement) (hereinafter “instant Investment Contract”) under the name of the Plaintiff and Defendant B as follows, and Defendant C signed the instant Investment Contract as a co-owned L’s agent.

The indication of real estate in the contract for investment (agreement): A, a approximately 23,400 square meters agreement for forest land D in Gwangju-si: B, etc. above shall be agreed and faithfully implemented as follows:

1. Investment amount of Party A: Madern0 million won ( 150,000,000); and

2. B shall be repaid from the total area of the said real estate or from the shares in B to the registration of transfer of ownership of shares for the amount invested by A.

(1) The total amount of real estate auction shall be:
