1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant F is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The forest land of this case was inherited on June 22, 1987 and the co-owned property partition on October 12, 1994, and the share of 24/10 out of which is divided as of October 12, 1994, J, 24/10, the share of 16/10, K, 16/10, L, 16/100, M, 4/100, and 4/100 of the share transfer was completed in N, respectively. However, the above I, J, K, K, L, and M shares (total share of 72/10) were registered as a result of the successful bid as of April 1, 1997.
B. After November 11, 1997 with respect to the above NN's share (4/10), the transfer registration was completed in the name of the co-defendant C of the first instance trial on the ground of sale as of November 13, 1997, and with respect to the O's share (72/30) on the ground of sale by voluntary auction as of July 23, 2009, 24/30 on August 20, 209 was completed in the name of the defendant D, and the share transfer registration was completed in the name of the defendant E, and the share transfer registration was completed in the name of the plaintiff as of August 13, 2010 on the remainder of the shares (total 24/100) of I, J, K, L, and M (total 24/100) on the ground of sale as of April 17, 2004.
C. After that, on March 6, 2014 with respect to the shares of Codefendant C (4/100), the transfer registration for shares in the first instance trial was made on March 6, 2014, and on June 17, 2014 with respect to the shares in Defendant F (72/30), the transfer registration for shares was made in the future of the Intervenor who subscribed for acquisition on July 16, 2014.
As a result, the Plaintiff shares the forest land of this case in proportion to the share ratio of 6/25 (24/100), 7/25 (30/30), 2/25 (24/30), 4/25 (48/30), and 6/25 (72/30) of the assignee.
E. Meanwhile, even if the Plaintiff purchased an unauthorized building (attached Form 9, 10, 11, 12, and 9) located in the part (B) of the instant forest, it is still on the unauthorized Building Management Register, even though it purchased the parts (b) connected in order to each point of the said items.
