Defendant C, B, and D are corporations that operate businesses such as the issuance, sale, and management of credit cards, pre-paid cards, and pre-paid cards (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant card companies”). Defendant A is a corporation incorporated by joint investment by financial institutions, which is engaged in businesses such as credit inquiry and credit investigation as prescribed by the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information.
