1. Of the lawsuit of this case
(a) Each of the designated parties listed in the separate sheet 2-1 shall be Defendant B and E Co., Ltd.
Reasons
Basic Facts
Defendant B, C, and D are stock companies engaged in the business of issuing, selling, and managing credit cards, pre-paid cards, pre-paid cards, and Defendant B, C, and D are stock companies incorporated by financial institutions jointly making investments, and Defendant E is a stock company engaged in the business of credit inquiry and credit investigation as prescribed by the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information.
Attached 1 List, including the Plaintiff (Appointeds), is the entire designated parties of this case (including the appointed parties, and the N of the designated parties of June 8, 2016, among the existing 272 persons). Of the entire designated parties of this case, the list of designated parties related to Defendant B (where dismissing them, the list of designated parties of Attached 2-1, and the list of designated parties of Attached 2-2, in cases of citing it), is classified as the list of designated parties related to Defendant C (where dismissing them, the list of designated parties of Attached 3-1, and the list of designated parties of Attached 3-2, in cases of accepting it), as the list of designated parties related to Defendant C (where dismissing them, the list of designated parties of Attached 4-1, in cases of rejection, and the list of designated parties of Attached 4-2 and 4-3,000, in cases of leakage of all of the list of designated parties of Attached 4-2, and the list of designated parties of Attached 3-4,2013).
Each of the designated parties mentioned above (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff, etc.") is a person who has used or used a credit card, etc. after entering into a contract for the use and financial transaction with the defendant credit card company.
