When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2019, at around 22:06, the Defendant driven a D-p motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.064% from the section of approximately 2 km from the front road of Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, to the front road of the same Gu C apartment.
