A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 4098] Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On November 24, 2015, around 16:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of mert cancer c.i. a local mental medicine medicine (hereinafter “c.p. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c. c.),

1. On June 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) delivered KRW 500,00 to G in the Defendant’s Dexton car parked in front of the F Hospital located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City at night; (b) paid the said money to H; and (c) delivered H with KRW 0.7 grams from H to the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with G to sell philophones.
2. On July 2014, the Defendant issued KRW 1.5 million to H in front of J in Busan, Dong-dong, Busan, for the purchase price of penphones, and H paid the said money to K, and then received approximately five grams of penphones from K, and then issued the said five grams to the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with H, sold approximately five grams of philophones.
3. On July 2014, the Defendant, who was parked in the parking lot for M Stopers (Seoul direction), located in the Cheongbuk-do L (Seoul direction), the lower court administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g opphones into a one-time injection machine and dilution them with bio-phones, and administering them by injecting them into the bloodline.
4. On December 2014, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with bio-vesing into the blood body at the Mour care room located in the Gyeongnam-gun in the early 2014.12.
5. The Defendant, on March 29, 2015, may gather the trade name that is located in the Geum-dong in the Geum-si, Jeonju on March 29, 2015.
