A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a de facto marital relationship between the victim C (V, 46 years of age) and about four years from around 2013, and is a de facto marital relationship around June 2017.

1. On July 15, 2017, around 06:10 on July 15, 2017, the Defendant reported a victim’s house located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the police about his/her intrusion on the Defendant’s residence and invasion on private life.

In order to take away the cellular phone of the defective victim and find it, the victim has taken one time at the left side of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. On July 15, 2017, at around 10:50, the Defendant attempted to enter the house by stating that “The Defendant opened a door to the police because the Defendant was waiting for the police by opening the door to the front of the front of the front door,” thereby preventing the victim from opening the door to close the door to confirm and close the fact that there was no police.”

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

3. In the event that the Defendant was arrested in the act of committing a crime described in paragraph (2) around 11:00 on July 15, 2017 and was investigated by the police on the same day and was released at around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant was found to have searched at the victim’s house described in paragraph (1) around 16:50 on the same day.

In excess of B/L, it is intended to open a shock network and enter the victim’s house before the front of the front of the front of the front of the front, and to kill the victim.
