A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 7, 2020: (a) around 00:49 on November 7, 2020, the Defendant discovered the victim D (influent, 24 years old) residing in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and went back to the female.

In light of 00:55 on the same day, the victim was in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and the victim was entering the above building, and the defendant entered the victim according to the cresh and invaded the victim's residence in front of the above building through stairs.
