A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall provide, administer, trade or possess psychotropic drugs.

The defendant is a Korean national foreigner of Thailand, not a narcotics handler.

1. The point of sale, purchase and provision;

A. At around 20:00 on September 23, 2018, the Defendant provided D (one person E) free of charge in the room of the Defendant in the factory dormitory located in the Dongdong-gu, U.S., U.S. B (hereinafter “YABA”) for a psychotropic drug-related psychotropic substance (hereinafter “YABA”).

B. (1) On November 27, 2018, the Defendant sold and purchased psychotropic drugs at KRW 6,500,000, from the forward three distance of the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi-si, Seoul-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Defendant sold and purchased psychotropic drugs at KRW 100,00,000. (2) On December 15, 2018, the Defendant sold and purchased psychotropic drugs at KRW 2,475,000,00 to 1, who is psychotropic drugs, in front of the Gyeonggi-si, Busan-si, the Defendant sold and purchased psychotropic drugs at KRW 2,475,00.

3) On December 2, 2018, the Defendant sold psychotropic drugs at KRW 825,00,00 at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) of B-B, and sold to one psychotropic drugs J at KRW 825,00.

4) On December 25, 2018, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1)(B), the Defendant sold and sold 50 psychotropic drugs for KRW 2.750,000 (one political party 55,00) to one name K at the same time as indicated in paragraph (1)(b).

5) On December 2018, the Defendant sold and sold 10,000 psychotropic drugs (one party 5,000 won) to L, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) of B, at the beginning order of 22:00, the Defendant sold and sold psychotropic drugs for KRW 550,00.

6 On December 2, 2018, around 02:00, the Defendant sold one psychotropic drug at least KRW 70,000, to one psychotropic drug N in front of the parking lot of the building in the Si-dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seoyang-gu.

2. The point of medication;

A. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the entry in paragraph 1(a), shall be a psychotropic drug, along with a single name E, in a manner in which one psychotropic drug is cut above the front day of gambling, and in a manner in which the delay is rapidly used.
