A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. At around 21:00 on January 1, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold “YBA” 75,000,000 won from E (one-day, F) a psychotropic drug containing psychotropic drugs, from his room located in the fourth floor of “D” factory dormitory located in Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun.
2. The Defendant administered “YABA” at the time, time, place, as described in paragraph 1, in a way as soon as possible, in a manner that makes it possible for the Defendant to open up on the stuffed stuffed “YABA” and under which the Defendant saw it as a string.
3. At around 21:00 on January 2015, the Defendant purchased and traded “YABA” from the above E at its own room as described in paragraph 1 (1) (YABA) and purchased and sold 1.50,000 won in total by one political party of 75,000 won.
4. The Defendant administered one of the “YABA” purchased at the date, time, and place described in paragraph 3, as soon as possible, in a way that makes it possible for the Defendant to take the bottom of the “YABA,” and to take the administration as soon as possible, in a manner that makes it a paper.
5. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant conspired with G (one-day, one, and one another) (H), a Thailand, and purchased and sold “YBA” (YABA) in the aggregate of KRW 150,000,000,000, within a mutually infinite food located in a finite, Hong-gun, Hong-gun (hereinafter referred to as “YBA”).
6. The Defendant, in collusion with G as described in paragraph 5, purchased and sold “YABA” from Thai-man (one name, one’s name, and one’s name) on February 2015, within a food store for Thai-man (hereinafter “I”), the Defendant purchased and sold “YABA” in an irregular amount.
7. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold “YABA” in collusion with G as described in paragraph (5) and purchased and sold “YABA” from J (one-day, K), and L (one-day, and M) (M) within a food store of Thailand as of February 2, 2015.
