A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. in the Daegu District Court Port Branch on February 2, 2009, and the execution of the said punishment was terminated on May 18, 2010.
1. At around 22:50 on November 3, 2012, the Defendant attempted robbery: (a) discovered the victim E (the 20-year old age), who was fright in front of the “D” located in the north-gu, North Korea-gu, and was frightening to take money and valuables against the players; (b) discovered the victim E (the 20-year age), and subsequently, tried to restrain the victim’s resistance by cutting down the victim’s neck with his left seat, thereby suppressing the victim’s resistance; (c) but, instead, the Defendant failed to take the victim’s voice and resisting the victim’s resistance against the victim.
2. The Defendant is obscenity;

3. On April 4, 2013, the Defendant injured by robbery: (a) at the street of the 'O restaurant located N in Northern-gu, Northern-si' on April 4, 2013, in which the Defendant had tried to forcibly take money and valuables and has colored the subject of the crime.
