Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2017, the Defendant, as a person who is working for the driving of Bstststststa taxi, was driving the said taxi on March 25, 2017, along the four-lane road of the Gyeongwon Scong-si in Kimhae-si, along the four-lane road on March 25, 2017, on the side of the new world department store.

Since there is a signal, there was a duty of care for the person engaged in driving service to drive safely in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went beyond the road by taking the left side of the victim C(22) driving, which was going straight on the green light at the right-hand side of the course, from three-lanes to the right-hand side of the course, due to the negligence of entering the red light into the intersection.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the injury to the victim E (21) who is a passenger of the damaged vehicle, for approximately eight weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the victim E (21) who is a passenger of the damaged vehicle, for approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
