Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in C SP area.

On April 3, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 16:00, and continued to run the Gyeongwon intersection, which is located in Kimhae-si, into the new world department store, at the jurisdiction of the park.

Since there is a signal, there was a duty of care for the person engaged in driving service to drive safely in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victims to go beyond the road by taking part of the front part of the victim D(17 ) driving on the left side of the vehicle driving in accordance with the green light from time to time by the negligence of entering the red light into the above intersection.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer injury, such as the 1st head of the left-hand side where the victim needs to receive approximately six weeks of treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
