1. The defendant against the plaintiffs
(a) deliver the third floor of 301 square meters, No. 81.69 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached list;
(b) 19,957,750 won;
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiffs purchased buildings listed in the separate sheet from D on May 9, 2009 and sold the same year.
8. The registration of ownership transfer shall be completed.
The Plaintiffs leased No. 301 of the third floor of the said building (hereinafter “instant building”) to D to purchase the said building.
B. D sublet the instant building to the Defendant on December 22, 2011.
C. The Plaintiff knew that D sub-leased the instant building to the Defendant, and agreed to enter into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the instant building.
On July 11, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the instant building to the Defendant as of July 11, 2012; (b) deposit deposit KRW 20 million (the Defendant’s payment of KRW 12 million; D’s payment of KRW 8 million); (c) monthly rent of KRW 1,50,000 (the interest rate for late payment shall be 20% per annum); and (d) the period from August 28, 2012 to February 27, 2014.

The defendant delayed the payment of rent for at least two years to the plaintiff as follows.
The unpaid rent shall be KRW 1.5 million, KRW 2.5 million, KRW 74,520, KRW 274,520, KRW 1.500,000, KRW 1.500,000 on January 28, 2013; KRW 2.5 million, KRW 2.5 million, KRW 2.5 million, KRW 2.5 million, KRW 1,506, KRW 2.75,50, KRW 1,506, KRW 1,500, KRW 2.508, KRW 2.505, KRW 2.506, KRW 2.50,000, KRW 1,505, KRW 2.65, KRW 1,751,50, KRW 2850,000 on April 28, 2013.
E. On May 20, 2013, the Plaintiffs notified the Defendant of the termination of the instant lease agreement on the ground that at least two years of delay in the payment of rent.
