Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide any elector (including a person eligible to enter in the relevant electoral register before preparing the electoral register) with money or other property benefits for the purpose of an election campaign, and no one shall be provided with money or other property benefits, and no one shall be provided with money or other property benefits, with respect to an election campaign conducted on March 11, 2015.

1. Defendant A was elected on March 11, 2015, following the first election of the head of a national Dong-si Cooperative, which was held on March 11, 2015.

On February 10, 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 500,000,00,000, to B, the sum of KRW 50,00,00,00, to the Epic Cooperative member B, who is located in the F of the Elderly Group F, stating, “I would have the idea of the head of the Epic Cooperative. I will help and deliver.”

Accordingly, the defendant provided KRW 50,00 to B who is eligible for entry in the electoral register for the first time of election campaign for the head of the national Dong-si Cooperative.

2. Defendant B is a person eligible for entry on the electoral register for the first time of the nationwide election of the head of the Epic cooperative whose members are the Epic cooperative members.

On February 10, 2015, the Defendant received money and valuables in the vicinity of the Defendant’s greenhouse near the 10:00 elderly group F, and A, who wishes to be a candidate for the election of the president of the Epic cooperative, was provided with KRW 50,000,000 in total, KRW 10,000,000.

As a result, the Defendant received KRW 500,000,00 from a person who intends to be a candidate for election campaign.

B. On February 14, 2015, the Defendant provided money and valuables to H at the home of the Epic Cooperative member of the Epic Cooperative located in the G of the Manbuk-gun, the middle 14:00 on February 2, 2015, and to H, “I, J, and K each KRW 100,000,000, will be a candidate for the election of the head of the Epic Cooperative.”
