On June 23, 2019, the Defendant driven a e-learning car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 00 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.075% at a distance of about 500 meters from the Do in front of the Do in the north-gu B at Port to the front of the Diplomatic Conference in the same Gu C.
