Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 25, 2017, the injured Defendant: (a) 00:25, at the main point of “D” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) on the ground that the victim, while drinking alcohol together with the victim E (20 years of age) who is a vegetative victim, she called “I am am am am am son who is emotionally dead upon drinking alcohol; and (c) when the victim’s face part of the victim’s face cannot be known to the victim, the injured Defendant am am on the face of the victim’s face.

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일시, 장소에서 “ 한명이 미쳐서 날뛰고 다른 사람을 팬다” 라는 내용의 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 수원 남부 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 피해자 순경 G 등이 콜라병을 들고 소란을 피우는 피고인의 행위를 제지하면서 수갑을 채우려고 하자 화가 나 피해자에게 “ 내가 왜 수갑 차야 돼, 이 씨 발 새끼야, 왜 수갑 채워, 이 씨 발 놈들 아 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 피해자의 몸통을 1회 강하게 밀치고, 피해자의 손을 꺾고, 피해자의 손을 잡고 바닥을 향해 끌어당기고, 계속하여 피해 자가 피고인을 112 순찰차에 태우려고 하자 큰소리를 지르면서 피해자의 다리 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases and criminal investigations by police officers.
