A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, around November 8, 2010, married with the victim C, who is the cause of the presence of the domestic food manufacturing company in China, and is a Chinese resident in the Gamdong-si of China.
