Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells livestock products while operating “C” a meat packaging business entity in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.

1. No one shall indicate, in relation to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, use, quality, and packing of livestock products, the date of manufacture, distribution period, the date of disturbance, and other dates of manufacture or distribution different from the facts;

Nevertheless, around June 6, 2017, the Defendant, on the circulation period in which the Defendant was in custody, mixed with the 32kg Swins of swine cutting 100 kg, the distribution period remains and then re-packageded, and then indicated the distribution period differently by marking it as “ June 6, 2017 and June 5, 2018 during the distribution period.”

Each meat packaging business operator shall prepare documents on receipts and disbursements of raw materials, records on production and work records, documents on transactions, etc. in order to ascertain the capacity of production and sale by producing products using raw materials and recording the details of sale thereof, and keep them for two years from the date of the last entry;

Nevertheless, from December 16, 2013 to July 6, 2017, the Defendant did not prepare and keep documents related to raw material receipts and disbursements and production and work records in manufacturing cash cutting, cutting, dulverging, and dulging in said C from around December 16, 2017.
