A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who did not have a certain occupation, and who had a usual depression, experienced the impulse that the Defendant want to do so if the concentration in the body of the drinking drugs for the treatment of mental illness is lowered, and committed the following crimes under the lack of ability to distinguish things or make decisions.

1. Fire prevention of general goods;

A. On January 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 09:40 on January 21, 2014, at the victim’s common entrance of Dial Houses owned by the Korea National Housing Corporation; (b) saw that he wanted to fire as a sudden fire; (c) destroyed by setting fire by using a disposable throwter on a postal item located in the mail box No. 102; and (d) caused by the wall wall and natural wave.

B. On January 22, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) laid a hump at the common entrance of the Nam-gu Incheon Southern-gu E-house, Incheon; (b) laid off a cigarette butts of “Efranchis” on the mail No. 101; and (c) destroyed a mail by setting fire into a mail by using a disposable tool; and (d) caused the wall and natural wave by burning the mail.

2. At around 08:50 on January 24, 2014, the Defendant attempted to break down the house by using smartphones at his own house No. 102, and by putting a fire to each other in which a stop took place by using a single-use camera, and then placing the smartphones, etc. on the bend to the bend, while having tried to break down the house at the bend, the Defendant failed to bring the fire on the bend and attempted to do so. However, the fire officers dispatched to the scene did not go through the wind of extinguishing the fire.
