A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. against a driver) was boarding a victim C (56 tax) on the road in front of the Incheon Southern-gu B market, Incheon, as a guest on the ground of the victim C (56 tax) around January 4, 2017, while serving as an apartment unit in the Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, where it is intended, the Defendant did not return to the victim

Therefore, the victim did not report 112, and the defendant told the victim to go to the district, and the victim was driving the above taxi at the request of the defendant and moved to the G district located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F.

On January 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:40, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by cutting off the sound part of the victim who is driving the said taxi in front of the said GJ on his own hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. On January 4, 2017, at around 04:40, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily accompanied the G District located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in order to undergo an investigation in accordance with the report set forth in the said paragraph 1, and (b) attempted to conceal the facts being suspected of being fines, and (c) voluntarily signed H’s signature in his/her own column of the consent of voluntary accompanying, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s relative H; and (b) issued the said H’s signature to the police officer I who belongs to the G District as if the signature was duly constituted.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged H’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right, and used forged signature.
