A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for larceny at the Changwon District Court. On March 28, 2012, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for larceny, etc. and KRW 500,000 for a fine of KRW 500,000 for the same court on June 23, 2014.

1. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a door that was not corrected at the Ecom Association located in Kimhae-si; (b) opened an elevator on the five-story floor; (c) opened a ice on the five-story floor; and (d) stolen the cash owned by C, 5,000 won.

Damage and theft of L property on July 6, 2014, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered a O taxi parkeded by the victim L, and then stolen the cash in the 104,00 won in cash owned by the victim in the NAM; (b) destroyed the 119,416 won of repair cost by breaking the front window of the cab in the vicinity of the si; and (c) destroyed the 119,416 won of repair cost by cutting the 104,00 won in cash in the cab.
