A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall pay 450,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on March 26, 2009 at the Busan Detention House.

On July 28, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from the victim through the Busan Bank Account (F) in the name of the Defendant, and acquired KRW 3,007,000 in total from seven times from the victim to January 17, 2013 in the same manner, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, and acquired KRW 3,00,000 through the above Busan Bank Account and the NA Account (G) and the Agricultural Cooperative Account (H) in the name of the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, shall receive 400,000 won from the victim’s Agricultural Cooperative (Account Number H) account in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and shall receive 400,000 won from the victim’s account, by deceiving the victimJ as if the victim were to sell the Kameras business in the same manner on November 8, 2012, by receiving 154,000 won from the said Agricultural Cooperative account, and by deceiving the victimK to sell the Kameras by the same method on November 15, 2012.
