A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the Child Training Correctional Institution on November 26, 2016.

1. Larceny;

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

On November 30, 2016, the Defendant lost the Victim K from a square of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on November 30, 201, and on a road adjacent to the Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
