A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2016, at the front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) was requested by the injured party C to pay the taxi fee from the injured party when he/she gets on a D taxi operated by the injured party C at the front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) was requested by the injured party to pay the taxi fee from the injured party to the 3rd Dong Dong-gu, Incheon; (c)

No money may be paid.
