1. Defendants A and B conspired to import and sell smartphone parts and liquid glass parts in China, and Defendant A opened an Internet site “GH” around September 2014. Defendant A resided in a place not exceeding the Chinese depth, and carried in the Republic of Korea with a counterfeit smartphone components, etc. purchased from the sales from the sales from the sales from the sales from the sales from the China. B. On October 20, 2015, the Defendants kept forged parts, as shown in the [Attachment 2] List 2 (Information on Goods Kept for Sale) in the foregoing office, sold together 80,898,800 won (a total of KRW 818,16,000).
