A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for fifteen years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:00 on December 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol with the victim E (the age of 27) in a "D" restaurant located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) the Defendant expressed that the victim was first paid the price to the female female son; (c) the Defendant expressed two drinking water diseases, which are dangerous objects on the table, around the table, and was in the vicinity of the kitchen entrance, that the victim was able to know about the treatment period; and (d) when the victim was able to know about the treatment period, the Defendant took two drinking water diseases, which are dangerous objects on the table, at two hand, around the kitchen entrance.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. The Defendant, at around 12:40 on December 11, 2014, at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si, the F publically announced at the 418, Ma-gu, Ansan-si, the Defendant: (a) opened a visit while drinking the victim G(34 years of age) and drinking alcohol; (b) opened a visit; (c) pushed the victim into the corridor; and (d) opened the victim’s face to the corridor; and (c) opened the victim’s face one time on one occasion; (d) opened the victim’s face more than 15 times by drinking; (e) opened the victim’s face to the bottom; and (e) divided the victim’s head into the bottom.

In order to escape from the defendant, the victim was able to take the fire extinguishing machine (weightly about 3.3 km) in the corridor, and the defendant took the head of the victim strongly once by putting the fire extinguishing machine (weightly about 3.3 km) in the corridor, the victim gets off the victim's head once again with the shock, and the victim gets down the victim's head once again with the shock, and the victim took up the victim's side head by 4 times.

The victim was used on the floor due to the above harmful act of the defendant.
