A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2014, the Defendant embezzled, without following the necessary procedures, such as acquiring the COtoba’s number plate lost by the victim on his/her name at the vicinity of the Namcheon Elementary School located in Namcheon-dong, Namcheon-dong, Namcheon-do, and return it to the victim.

2. At around 12:50, the Defendant’s vehicle registration number is illegally used and exercised, and the Defendant’s vehicle was operated on a road without obtaining a license, and was not covered by the mandatory insurance, by driving a two-wheeled vehicle at approximately 20 km section from the Do before the 12:50, unless the Defendant was covered by the mandatory insurance at approximately 20 km section of the Jinsung-Eup located in the Jinsung-Eup of the same military base from the Do.
