A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was able to cut off, by using a steel stamper, Katop Katop, which is the air unit owned by the victim B in the park, from 57-8, the Defendant of theft, illegal use of air defense, and illegal use of air; (b) the Defendant: (c) operated the above Otop, which was attached the number plate at the 321 Sitop, the Defendant, at 321 Sitop, the Matop, which was stolen in the same city of Pyeongtaek-si; and (d) operated the Otop, which was attached the above number plate at the same city from May 6, 2020 to May 17:10.

2. On May 6, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) driven the 321CC 321CC, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a motor device bicycle license from around 17:10 on the front of the construction site of Pyeongtaek-si E-si to G in the same city F from around 1km to the front of G in the same city.
