Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, C, and D are illegal aliens of Chinese nationality.

1. On July 8, 2017, at around 21:30, the Defendant obstructed the performance of special official duties, as well as C, D, and the Defendant was able to drink in a sports park, which is located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, with a light light of 108, while drinking in a park where drinking is prohibited. Upon receiving a civil petition, the Defendant was able to drink in a park where drinking is prohibited, and the Defendant was able to undergo drinking from the police officer, etc. of the Jung-gu, Incheon, the Party demanded the Defendant, etc. to present his passport and other identification cards to the Defendant, etc.

The defendant, C, and D refused to present an identification card due to the fear of illegal stay, and during escape, the defendant was arrested by F in the same manner as C was arrested by F in the police. The defendant threatened F in the police with Dag F's hand, ppuri, f's shoulder, and f's shoulder, which are dangerous things in the surrounding area (f's width, vertical length, about 15cm, about 6'm in height).

Defendant 1: (a) attempted to escape by the foregoing method; (b) had himself/herself escape; (c) had been arrested as a policeman by G; and (d) had been threatened by a method of threatening G with dangerous articles.

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying dangerous objects, threatened police officers to prevent, suppress, and investigate crimes, thereby hindering legitimate execution of duties.

2. Violation of the Immigration Control Act;

(a) No foreigner may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the scope of his/her sojourn status and the period of sojourn, and sojourn in excess of this limit;

Although the period of sojourn was from August 24, 2014 to September 23, 2014, Defendant was staying in the Republic of Korea until September 23, 2014.

(b) An alien staying in the Republic of Korea shall always carry his/her passport, seafarer identification certificate, alien entry permit, alien registration certificate, or landing permit, and shall also carry with the immigration control official.
