A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:50 on August 9, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.150% in blood alcohol level, from the front day of the hysium in the front day of the hysium, to the front road of the hysium apartment parking lot located in the same public repair.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving a B rocketing car.

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on August 22 and 50, and led to the two-lane road in front of the “Indonesan” located in the Shyeong-gu, Indonesian City, Indo, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a non-speed speed depending on the central sub-section from the nives apartment room to the Hobbro.

At the time, the road was narrow from the two-lanes to the two-lanes. Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded without finding the victims under the influence of alcohol as above, and caused the Defendant to go beyond the front wheel part of the Defendant’s bicycle front wheel part of the victim C driver’s bicycle, which led the victim’s bicycle to go beyond the right side, and the victim’s bicycle to go beyond the right side due to the shock, and the victim’s bicycle to conflict with the victim D’s bicycle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as dystrophism and injury to the victim C, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence, and the victim D, respectively, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
