A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) are those engaged in driving of Crocketing-Ba

At around 23:50 on January 14, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car, and driven the west 3-laned road in the corner of Asan City, Asan City, along the two-laned road from the museum room to the terminal room, proceeded at an unsured speed.

At the time, there was a night, and there was a center line installed, so that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle along his/her own bus line without breaking the center line well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the ENF rocketing taxi of the victim D(the age of 46) driving in the opposite direction due to the negligence of driving the central line.

The Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt ties and tensions, which requires treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the FF (year 51) who was aboard the said taxi to undergo treatment for about two weeks. The Defendant damaged the victim, Chungcheongnam-si Co., Ltd. to cover repair costs of KRW 817,736.

Nevertheless, the Defendant immediately stopped and did not take necessary measures, left the scene of about 500 meters, and escaped in the middle of the Do where the conversation was divided by the trend of the victim D.

2. On November 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 22:15, driven a Crocketing-Band car while under the influence of alcohol 0.145% of alcohol alcohol concentration on a portion of about 7 km, which is located in the nearest road of the Heaker reservoir located in the Domina-si, Dasan-si, Gasan-si to the front road of the Heakerin apartment.
