A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 18:15 on July 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim, who was seated in the Kabter in the Ecafeteria operated by the victim D (Taking 67 years old) and was seated in the Kabter’s will; (b) her body was flicked with the victim’s bridge and her sexual act; and (c) her kid with the victim by force.

2. Injury;

A. The Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim D at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) committed an indecent act against the victim, thereby putting the victim’s Paris debt in his/her hand and her resistance; (c) making the victim’s face several times as drinking; and (d) the victim walked the victim’s side urging part due to the victim’s backing back, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as dynasium and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment.

B. The Defendant injured the Victim F, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and at the victim F (the age of 68) who reported that the Defendant assaulted D as above and told the Victim F (the age of 68) to see it, referring to the victim F (the age of 68), and knee, knee, knee, knee, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as damage to the dye and the dye of the above arms, which require treatment for about two weeks.
