Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on November 28, 2008, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the same court on March 26, 2010.

At around 17:10 on August 16, 2013, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.356%, the Defendant driven a B ready-light vehicle at the section of approximately 200 meters from the Do near the Gambol-dong, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu to the 1059-1 of the same Gu's calculation.
