A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From October 2016 to January 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment called the “J” in Daegu Suwon-gu Btel; (b) led male customers recruited through the “K” to wait at the Internet site; (c) arranged female sex trafficking women recruited through the “L” and arranged them to sexual intercourse; and (d) received 13 to 150,000 won from male customers as the price for sexual traffic; and (e) arranged sexual traffic in collusion with other employees, etc. for five hundred and fifty thousand won among them.

2. From February 2018 to April 2018, the Defendant operated a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name “ Q” in Daegu-gu NtelO and P, Daegu-gu Ntel, and the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts in collusion with male customers recruited through “K” on the Internet site, arranged male customers through “L”, and received KRW 130,00 won per time from male customers as the price for commercial sex acts, and then arranged commercial sex acts in collusion with employees R et al.

3. From June 2018 to July 24, 2018, the Defendant operated a commercial sex acts business with the trade name “V” at the same place as Tho-gu, Daegu Stel, Uho-gu, and 1-B, and arranged commercial sex acts in collusion with employees X, etc. for the purpose of arranging commercial sex acts in collusion with those of male customers recruited through “K” on the Internet site, arranging them through “W”, and receiving KRW 9-1 million per time from male customers as commercial sex acts, and then, one of them received KRW 30,000 from male customers as commercial sex acts.
