1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 700,000,000, and 5% per annum from September 1, 2008 to March 3, 2016.

1. On July 11, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 700 million to Defendant B as of August 31, 2008. At that time, Defendant C Co., Ltd jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant B’s above loan obligation to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 70 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from September 1, 2008 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
