1. The defendant shall pay 78,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from May 9, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

On May 30, 2008, the Defendant filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of prescription since he/she was sentenced to the judgment that "78,000,000 won with respect to the Plaintiff and the amount calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from December 1, 2007 to April 18, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, to the extent that he/she has not repaid the obligation under the above judgment, and thus has failed to pay the obligation under the above judgment so far, the Defendant filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of prescription."
