1. The defendant shall pay 52,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 13, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On April 24, 2008, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the payment of promissory notes with the High Government District Court 2008da7119, and rendered a judgment on May 17, 2008 that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 52,500,000 and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from March 13, 2008 to the date of full payment.”

B. On May 14, 2018, the Plaintiff filed an application for the instant payment order for the extension of the statute of limitations of claims based on the above judgment.

C. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won with 20% interest per annum from March 13, 2008 to the day of complete payment.
