1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who intends to run a juvenile game providing business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after being equipped with the facilities determined by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

1. From January 2017 to September 19, 201 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) installed one cat game machine on the street in front of “Cat” located in Busan Shipping Daegu; and (b) had an unspecified number of customers input KRW 1,00,00 on one occasion, and had the game provide business without registration.

2. From around December 2016 to April 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) installed one string of “E” on the street in front of “E” on the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City D and the first floor; and (b) operated a business providing unregistered juvenile games by allowing many unspecified customers to input KRW 1,000 per time and play games.

3. The defendant from March 2017 to the same year.

4. Until July, 17, in front of the “G cafeteria” on the south-gu Busan and the first floor, a group of cateral game machine was installed, which was not registered with the competent authorities, and had many unspecified customers input 1,000 won per time and play a game to provide unregistered juvenile games.
