Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act;

A. The Defendant, without registering with the competent authority, set up one set of “C” in front of “C” located in Chuncheon City B from August 2013 to September 3, 2015, without having registered with the competent authority, and had many and unspecified persons input KRW 500 to KRW 1,00 per time, and perform free games.

In order to carry on such a juvenile game providing business, the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture and Sports shall be installed and registered with the head of the Gu.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not register with the head of the Gu and run the juvenile game providing business.

B. The Defendant, without registering with the competent authority, set up one set of smart food games (E restaurant) on the street in front of “E restaurant” located in Chuncheon City from August 8, 2013 to September 3, 2015, and had many and unspecified persons put in KRW 500 to KRW 1,000 per time, and play free games.

In order to carry on such a juvenile game providing business, the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture and Sports shall be installed and registered with the head of the Gu.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not register with the head of the Gu and run the juvenile game providing business.

From March 2015 to September 3, 2015, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authorities, installed one smart food game machine(s) on the street in front of the “G convenience store” located in Chuncheon City F, “G convenience store”, and had many and unspecified persons input KRW 500 to KRW 1,000 per time, and play free games.

In order to carry on such a juvenile game providing business, the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture and Sports shall be installed and registered with the head of the Gu.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not register with the head of the Gu and run the juvenile game providing business.
